Historic building, near the small shrine of Saint Marina, in « leccese » baroque style. Originally (IV century B.C.) it was a Messapic holy place, in the Middle Age it was a monastery built by some Greek bishops, in 1500 it became a fortified tower in defence of the raids of Saracens, in 1700 it was a place to restore for the pilgrims who went to Leuca. On 16th and 17th of July there is the religious feast where pilgrims make some heathen rites.
